What You’ll Do
- Lead High-Performance Crews: Set the pace, raise the bar, and build trust and accountability.
- Run Big Jobs: Pools, kitchens, high-end stone installs, outdoor structures—handle it all from start to finish.
- Master the Build: Base prep, grading, stone cuts, install—do it right the first time.
- Hold the Line on Quality: Inspect everything. Nothing leaves your site unless it’s perfect.
- Problem Solve Fast: Missing labor? Last-minute changes? Material delays? You adapt and push through.
- Own the Schedule: Keep the job moving. Keep the client confident. Deliver results.
- Train the Next Leaders: Mentor apprentices and lead hands—build them up, don’t babysit them.
- Use the Tools: Keep daily records, track hours, materials, site notes—help us stay sharp.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience leading hardscape builds (not just working on them).
- Proven track record with complex, custom outdoor projects.
- Skilled in layout, excavation, base prep, grading, cutting, and final install.
- Experience with pool builds, kitchens, masonry, carpentry, and drainage.
- Strong equipment skills: saws, skid steers, excavators, lasers.
- Valid license, clean record.
- Physical stamina, pride in workmanship, and zero tolerance for sloppiness.
