We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst with expertise in PEGA to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for PEGA-based applications and systems.
- Design, develop, and implement PEGA workflows, rules, and integrations to meet business needs.
- Conduct system analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within PEGA environments.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, process flows, and user guides.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of PEGA solutions with other platforms such as AWS, Azure, or on-premises systems.
- Perform testing and validation of PEGA applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security standards are met.
- Troubleshoot issues related to PEGA applications and collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment and maintenance.
- Stay current with emerging technologies such as VMware, operating systems (Windows, Linux), SQL databases (Oracle), scripting languages (Bash, Shell Scripting), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) to recommend best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst working with PEGA platform solutions.
- Strong understanding of PEGA rules, workflows, case management, and decisioning capabilities.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, Bash (Unix shell), Shell Scripting.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services including AWS and Azure.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMware.
- Familiarity with operating systems including Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience working with DevOps practices for continuous integration/deployment.
- Understanding of networking concepts such as VPNs for secure remote access.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.
