Job Purpose
You are the heart of our organization. You receive, store, and ship products to our valued customers. Working closely with our Customer Service, Product, and Supply Chain departments, you ensure the Warehouse maintains its reputation of high efficiency and optimal customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Pick, load and ship customer orders accurately
- Pick, load and ship transfer orders accurately
- Comply with customer specific requirements – labelling, size/weight restrictions etc.
- Comply with dangerous goods shipping requirements
- Receive and put away stock
- Replenish picking line
- Process returns
- Collaborate with other departments on packaging and product projects
- Assemble and package product
- Participate in inventory count process
- Complete maintenance
- Sweep and wash floors
- Recycle cardboard
- Empty garbage
- Maintain general cleanliness
- Shovel snow
- Adopt a safety-first mentality
Job Specifications and Requirements
- A passion for camping and outdoor recreation is considered a strong asset
- Customer-centric and self-motivated
- Knowledge of MS Office products and ability to learn Coghlan’s ERP Business Central
