Job Summary
NextHand Digital, an AI agency that builds AI receptionists, speed-to-lead agents, and CRM automation for trades and service businesses, is hiring a full-time Outbound Sales Representative to generate new business through cold calling and to conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients.
This role is commission-only and best suited for someone who is self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable with outbound sales activity. You will be responsible for prospecting, initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and booking or conducting discovery calls with business owners.
There is no income cap. Earnings are directly tied to performance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients
- Initiate conversations with business owners and decision-makers
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria
- Book and/or run discovery meetings with qualified prospects
- Accurately document activity and outcomes in the CRM
- Follow provided scripts, messaging, and sales process
- Consistently meet or exceed outbound activity targets
- Represent NextHand Digital professionally and accurately
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience with outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfort speaking with business owners and handling objections
- High level of self-discipline and accountability
- Ability to work independently without micromanagement
- Reliable internet connection and phone setup
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Preferred:
- Experience selling services or software (B2B preferred)
- Experience running discovery or qualification calls
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Comfort talking about AI, automation, or marketing tools (not required)
Compensation Structure
- 100% commission-based
