Job Duties
- Arrange and coordinate transportation for customer returns
- Verify RMAs and follow up on missing or invalid information
- Consolidate return shipments to reduce transportation costs
- Provide RMA and BOL documentation to carriers
- Schedule return deliveries to LG warehouse or as-is dealers
- Manage reverse logistics for returned products
- Act as the primary contact for return shipments and carriers
- Respond to group emails in a timely manner
- Track RMAs and investigate cases open over 30 days
- Handle rail billing and related administrative tasks
- Escalate carrier issues to the Manager as needed
- Perform additional assigned duties
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer service–related role
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to work independently
- Team player with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
