Experienced Painter/Drywall Finisher – Full-Time

Advance Restoration Inc. is looking for an experienced, reliable, and motivated full-time painter to join our growing restoration and renovation team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work independently while maintaining a professional attitude on every job site.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching, sanding, caulking, masking, and priming.
- Apply paint and finishes to a high standard.
- Complete drywall patching and mudding repairs when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Care for and properly maintain company tools and equipment.
- Work independently as well as part of a team.
- Treat customers' homes and property with respect.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a painter is required.
- Experience with drywall repairs and mudding is an asset.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence is preferred.
- Able to pass a criminal record check.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physically capable of lifting materials, climbing ladders, and performing the duties of the job.
