We are seeking a bilingual (English/French) E-Commerce Customer Experience & Marketing Specialist to support a growing online business in Montreal’s fashion Industry!
This hybrid role combines customer service, social media coordination, and sales support to help drive customer satisfaction, brand engagement, and revenue growth
.Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, live chat, social media, and CRM platforms.
- Resolve customer inquiries and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Assist with social media content scheduling, community management, and influencer coordination.
- Support content creation for social media, email marketing, and e-commerce channels.
- Manage online product listings and social commerce platforms.
- Support wholesale and marketplace accounts, including customer communications and order coordination.
- Maintain sales materials, catalogues, and CRM records.
- Assist with sales reporting and lead generation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, e-commerce, marketing, or sales support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with Shopify, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms is an asset.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
