Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server(s) to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS system Toast.
- Serve beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
- Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to food safety protocols
- Provide attentive customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Uphold responsible alcohol service practices, including checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption
- Support team members in maintaining a welcoming environment for all patrons
Skills
- Experience with POS systems, Toast, is preferred
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience as a bartender is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and change calculation
- Ability to serve guests courteously while maintaining efficiency under pressure
- Familiarity with the food service industry’s best practices in hospitality and serving techniques
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact positively with guests
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
