As Argyle Realty continues to grow, we're looking for a Residential Experience Manager to lead the day-to-day leasing, resident experience, and administrative operations across our residential portfolio.
This is a key role within our growing team, responsible for ensuring residents receive exceptional service while maintaining the operational systems, documentation, and reporting that keep our portfolio running efficiently.
You'll work closely with the Broker & CEO and collaborate with our Property Operations team, helping shape the resident experience from first inquiry through lease renewal.
This is a management role for an experienced property management professional who is ready to take ownership of the day-to-day residential experience function and help shape how we continue to grow.
This position is full-time and primarily based on-site, with regular travel between our residential communities throughout Regina. Occasional evening and weekend availability may be required to support leasing activity and resident needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leasing & Resident Experience
- Lead the day-to-day leasing process from inquiry through lease execution
- Conduct property tours and manage prospective resident follow-up
- Coordinate tenant screening, lease documentation, and move-in processes
- Manage lease renewals and resident retention initiatives
- Build positive, professional relationships with residents throughout their tenancy
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality resident experience across the portfolio
Resident Relations & Communications
- Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate maintenance requests with the Property Operations team and ensure residents receive regular updates throughout the resolution process
- Navigate resident concerns and conflict with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment
- Prepare notices, correspondence, and documentation as required
- Maintain complete and accurate records of resident communications
Portfolio Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate resident, applicant, lease, and unit information within Buildium
- Ensure lease files, notices, inspections, maintenance records, and resident documentation remain complete and organized
- Monitor vacancies, leasing activity, lease expiries, rent collections, arrears, and payment arrangements
- Prepare operational reporting related to occupancy, leasing performance, resident activity, and portfolio operations
- Track leasing metrics, inquiries, showings, applications, and conversions
- Identify data discrepancies and maintain a high standard of accuracy across company systems
- Support ORT documentation and regulatory compliance as required
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Support and mentor the Leasing & Resident Experience Coordinator
- Help establish and improve leasing procedures, resident communication standards, and operational workflows
- Assist with lease-up activities for new residential developments
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives and leasing strategies
- Identify opportunities to improve resident satisfaction and operational efficiency
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
This role works closely with several members of the Argyle Realty team, including:
- CEO & Broker – strategic direction, portfolio growth, compliance, and business operations
- Property Operations Manager – maintenance planning, inspections, vendor coordination, and operational support
- Leasing & Resident Experience Coordinator – day-to-day leasing administration, resident support, and portfolio coordination
- Leasing Partners & Representatives – collaboration on showings, leasing activity, applicant follow-up, and lease execution as required
- Maintenance Technicians & Trusted Contractors – supporting repairs, inspections, turnover work, and resident service requests as needed
- Property Owners & Industry Partners – supporting communication, reporting, and day-to-day portfolio operations where appropriate

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who is organized, accountable, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service while maintaining accurate and reliable operational systems.
The ideal candidate has previous experience in residential property management or residential leasing and is comfortable balancing resident service with strong operational execution.
We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
- Residential property management or residential leasing
- Multi-family residential housing
- Lease administration and resident communications
- Tenant screening and application processing
- Rent collections, arrears management, and payment follow-up
- Maintenance coordination and contractor communication
- Conflict resolution and professional resident service
- Maintaining accurate records within a property management platform such as Buildium
- Preparing operational reports and managing leasing activity
- Working within a regulated or compliance-focused environment where accuracy and documentation are essential
Knowledge of Saskatchewan residential tenancy practices and ORT processes is considered a strong asset.
TECHNOLOGY & SYSTEMS
We're a technology-driven company that relies on accurate information to make good decisions. The successful candidate will be comfortable using technology throughout the day and maintaining a high level of accuracy within our systems.
Experience with the following is considered a strong asset:
- Property management software - Buildium (highly preferred)
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams

You should be comfortable using technology to accurately manage and maintain:

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle for travel between properties throughout Regina
- Ability to work primarily on-site
- Occasional evening and weekend availability for leasing activities and resident needs

Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: $72,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated residential property management expertise.
Work Environment: Primarily office-based with regular time spent at our residential communities throughout Regina.
