Comox Valley Moving Ltd. is a growing, locally owned moving company looking for experienced Driver / Movers to join our team on a casual, on-call basis. Work is scheduled as moving jobs are booked, with the opportunity for more consistent hours and full-time employment as the company continues to grow.

What You'll Do
- Safely operate moving trucks throughout the Comox Valley and Vancouver Island.
- Load, unload, wrap, and protect household and commercial furniture and belongings.
- Lift and move heavy furniture, appliances, and boxes safely and efficiently.
- Work as part of a team to complete moves on time while providing outstanding customer service.
- Assemble and disassemble furniture when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and ensure moving equipment is properly cared for.
- Represent Comox Valley Moving Ltd. in a professional manner at every job.
What We're Looking For
- Previous professional moving experience is required.
- Experience driving moving trucks or larger commercial vehicles is required.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record (Class 3 is an asset).
- Able to safely perform the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy furniture, carrying items up and down stairs, and working on your feet throughout the day.
- Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and a positive team player.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Available to work weekdays and occasional weekends as jobs are scheduled.
Compensation
- Starting at $30.00 per hour, with higher wages available depending on experience.
