Parts Manager – Southtown Chrysler
Southtown Chrysler, part of Landsperg Automotive Group, is currently looking to add an experienced Parts Manager to our team in Edmonton, Alberta.

The Parts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the parts department, supporting both internal and external customers, managing inventory, and ensuring the department operates efficiently, accurately, and profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the parts department
- Lead and support the parts team in a high-volume dealership environment
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and oversee inventory control processes
- Monitor and manage parts ordering, stocking, returns, and obsolescence
- Support the service department by ensuring timely availability of required parts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments
- Generate quotes and complete invoices as required
- Ensure accurate processing of payments, documentation, and records
- Monitor department performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Assist with additional duties and projects as required
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive parts management experience required
- Stellantis / Chrysler dealership experience is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory management, and dealership operations
- Experience working in a high-volume dealership environment
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and support a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- CDK experience is considered a strong asset
