Reporting to the Leader, Clinical Learning and Knowledge Services, the Analyst provides support and recommendations in the planning and implementation of Learning Support within Island Health. The Analyst is responsible for the monitoring and analysis of learning technologies including design, development, metrics and reports. The Analyst performs strategic and operational analyses to make recommendations and proposals on learning technologies. The analyses and advice may include the development or review of policies, procedures, reporting methods, business practices and/or work processes.
A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience and three (3) years' recent related experience preferably in a healthcare field.
