Description
Oversee the day-to-day operations and general upkeep of the property.
- Monitor common areas and coordinate routine maintenance, inspections, and site services.
- Assist with building access systems, including fob and enterphone administration.
- Complete administrative tasks such as correspondence, notices, reporting, and record keeping.
- Maintain regular communication with Property Management regarding building operations and resident concerns.
- Respond to resident inquiries and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of common areas and exterior grounds.
- Perform routine janitorial and caretaker duties as assigned.
- Support the overall operation of the property to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
Requirements
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Previous caretaker, janitorial, building maintenance, or related experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Office applications.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
