We are seeking a highly motivated Parts Sales Representative to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is driven, customer-focused, and eager to learn about the heavy-duty truck and trailer industry.
The successful candidate will support customers by identifying and supplying the correct parts for heavy-duty trailers and phone support with exceptional service. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, self-starting attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers
Identify and source heavy-duty trailer parts to meet customer needs
Process parts orders, quotations, and inquiries efficiently
Learn product lines and develop technical knowledge of trailer components
Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Strong self-motivation and willingness to learn
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Experience with heavy-duty truck or trailer parts is considered an asset
