Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes and commercial facilities
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Wipe and disinfect surfaces, furniture, and high-touch points
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Clean mirrors, glass, and interior windows
- Follow company cleaning checklists and client instructions
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely
- Restock cleaning supplies when needed
- Report damages, safety hazards, or maintenance issues
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Follow company health and safety procedures
- Ensure client spaces are left clean, organized, and secure
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience REQUIRED (commercial or residential)
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Able to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods
- Comfortable performing repetitive cleaning tasks
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Shift Availability
- Must be available for overnight shifts (majority of work)
- Some evening or weekend shifts may be required
- Ability to travel to different job sites if needed
- Flexibility with schedule based on cleaning assignments
