We are a specialty cheese shop offering over 500 unique cheeses from around the world. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team.
About the Role
Customer experience is at the heart of everything we do. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Cheese knowledge is not required—we will provide full training, and you will learn about our products as you go.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service in a welcoming and approachable manner
Assist customers in selecting cheeses based on preferences and needs
Learn about a wide variety of cheeses and product offerings
Handle cash, debit/credit transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the shop and display counters
Restock products and ensure displays are well organized and visually appealing
Follow food safety and handling procedures
Work as part of a team to create a positive store environment.
What We’re Looking For

Reliability and a strong work ethic
Previous retail or food experience is an asset, but not required.
An interest in specialty foods and cheese is an asset, as it will help you connect with our products and customers.
