We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for outside sales and business development to expand our client base
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Conduct B2B sales presentations and negotiations to close deals effectively
- Identify new market opportunities through analysis and research
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support sales objectives
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing customer inquiries
- Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly resolving issues and providing product recommendations
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
Skills
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer communication and relationship-building abilities
