Parts Counter Person – FullTime
Retail sales of motorcycle, snowmobile and ATV parts and accessories. Product knowledge is a must.
Hours: 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, alternating Saturday mornings 9am to noon.
(We are closed the long weekends from May to Sept.)
Job Description/Responsibilities:
One on one dealings with customers (on phone and in person) to fill parts needs and requests. Good customer service and communication skills needed.
Strong computer knowledge is necessary with regards to - inventory control software, online OEM & aftermarket parts catalogues, email, ordering. etc.
Physical tasks required in the receiving and moving of boxed parts, setting up and displaying of accessories in the showroom, etc.
Inventory control and upkeep.
Handle parts sales transactions (ie, debit, credit card, cash)
Qualifications:
The successful candidate -
Must be able to work quickly, be well organized, multitask and meet time deadlines
Must also be able to work in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
