We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, developing new business opportunities, and managing existing accounts to foster growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or related fields, as well as familiarity with Salesforce and marketing strategies. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts and market analysis
- Have an interest in staying current with modern technology and emerging innovations, particularly AI and how it is transforming businesses and creating new opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize revenue and meet client needs
- Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling, and cross-selling products or services
- Develop tailored sales strategies leveraging marketing insights and industry trends
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with company goals
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Support business development initiatives through networking events, trade shows, and outreach activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Excellent business development abilities and account management expertise
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and analysis skills for identifying growth opportunities
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platform
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of technology services is preferred

Pay: $100,000.00-$167,926.95 per year
