Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative to join our team. This is a hands-on sales role focused on driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and delivering outstanding service in the spa and salon industry.
The ideal candidate is a strong closer with proven experience in beauty, spa, or salon equipment sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with clients and close sales both in showroom and through B2B channels
- Build and maintain relationships with spa owners, salons and estheticians
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Present and demonstrate products, providing tailored solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts
- Provide product knowledge and after-sales support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Maintain showroom standards and strong product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in spa, salon, or beauty equipment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong closing skills and negotiation ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Experience using CRM systems to manage leads, track sales pipeline, and maintain client relationships
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is an asset
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network within spa, salon, or beauty industry
- Experience in B2B or showroom sales
- Knowledge of aesthetic or treatment equipment
