Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Casse Croute Manager to oversee daily operations of our food service truck.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations of a Casse Croute, ensuring smooth service during shifts
- Manage food handling procedures to comply with safety regulations and ensure quality control
- Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen team for timely restocking of ingredients
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and promote positive customer interactions
- Maintain cleanliness of the truck and work environment in compliance with health regulations
Skills/Requirments
- Valid Driver’s Licens or reliable transportation to and from work
- Bi lingual
- Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled environments
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (4+ hours at a time)
- Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality excellence
- Experience operating POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Demonstrated organizational skills for inventory management and shift scheduling
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
