Looking for more than just a warehouse job?
We’re hiring a hands-on Shipper/Receiver who wants to grow into customer service and inside sales over your first 6–12 months. This is a multi-role position in a small, fast-moving operation where you’ll get exposure across the business and build a long-term career.
What You’ll Do
- Receive, inspect, pick, pack, and ship orders
- Prepare shipments across Canada & the U.S., including bills of lading and customs documents
- Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization
- Occasional hands-on work with the parts — assembling, disassembling, or inspecting gear pumps and hydraulic components for after-sales support
- Assist customers on the phone and at the counter as needed
- Jump in wherever needed — this is a “wear many hats” role
What You Bring
- Shipper/receiver experience — able to run shipping with minimal training
- Experience with basic hand tools (Any hydraulics, automotive, or equipment experience is a plus)
- Sharp, reliable, and able to follow instructions accurately
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs (heavier items with equipment or assistance)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable interacting with customers (or eager to learn)
- Forklift experience
