We are seeking a dedicated and caring Staff Pharmacist to join our growing pharmacy team in Petawawa, Ontario. This position offers a great opportunity to make a real difference in a community with significant healthcare needs, working within a team-oriented, patient-centered setting.
Our pharmacy is staffed by 1–2 Pharmacists and 4-5 Pharmacy Assistants, processing around 200–300 prescriptions daily. We benefit from experienced support personnel and efficient systems that ensure smooth operations and high-quality service. Our services include Opioid Agonist Therapy (OAT), MedsCheck Services, Minor Ailments Prescribing, Travel Health Consultations, Blister Packaging, and Immunizations & Vaccinations.
Primary Duties:
- Provide outstanding pharmaceutical care and thorough patient education
- Perform clinical services such as OAT, minor ailments, and vaccinations
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain efficient daily workflows
- Follow provincial regulations and uphold professional standards
- Cultivate a warm, patient-focused atmosphere
Requirements:
- Must hold or be eligible for licensure as a Pharmacist in Ontario
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with OAT and clinical services is preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $65-$70
Signing Bonus: $10,000 (1-year commitment) or $20,000 (2-year commitment)
Vacation: 2–3 weeks annually
