Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team on a part time basis this summer. The position may lead to a permanent position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support construction, maintenance, or manufacturing operations. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job areas.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or a similar field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
