Position Summary:
The Body Shop CSR plays a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience from the initial contact through vehicle delivery. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Schedule repair appointments and coordinate vehicle drop-offs and deliveries.
- Assist customers with insurance claims and repair process questions.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding repair status updates.
- Prepare repair files and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Coordinate rental vehicle arrangements when required.
- Process payments and complete vehicle delivery paperwork.
- Work closely with estimators, technicians, insurers, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage customer follow-up communications and satisfaction surveys.
- Maintain organized customer records and repair files.
- Support daily administrative functions within the collision centre.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Automotive, collision repair, dealership, or insurance industry experience is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with estimating or management systems is an asset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset.
