Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Seamstress proficient in operating Juki industrial sewing machines to join our manufacturing team in Milton, ON. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sewing, with the ability to produce high-quality garments and textiles efficiently. Responsibilities
- Operate Juki industrial sewing machines to assemble and finish textile products according to specifications.
- Ensure all sewing tasks meet quality standards and production deadlines.
- Maintain and troubleshoot sewing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking materials and supplies used during production.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve workflow efficiency.
- Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, making necessary adjustments or rework as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience as a seamstress or textile worker, specifically with Juki industrial sewing machines.
- Background in manufacturing environments is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with production standards.
- Warehouse experience is a plus, particularly in inventory handling or material management.
- Strong attention to detail, precision, and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of work quality.
- Prior experience working within manufacturing or warehouse settings is advantageous for understanding operational workflows.
