Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and professional Process Server to join our legal support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering legal documents accurately and efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service and organizational standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple tasks with discretion and professionalism. The Process Server plays a vital role in ensuring legal processes are executed timely, supporting the integrity of legal proceedings.
Duties
- Serve legal documents such as subpoenas, summonses, complaints, and other court-related papers to individuals or entities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of each service attempt, including dates, times, locations, and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with clients and recipients to coordinate service attempts and confirm receipt of documents.
- File court documents with the appropriate courts.
- Conduct analysis to determine the best approach for serving difficult or evasive individuals.
- Manage a schedule of service routes efficiently to maximize productivity while adhering to deadlines.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity at all times.
Requirements
- Must have vehicle and driver's license

Compensation is per job, not hourly.
Process servers are paid $75 per completed service, with most jobs taking approximately 1–3 hours depending on location and attempts.
This is a casual, on-demand role, ideal for individuals seeking flexible work.
