As BBA expands its Business Operations Strategy and Enablement (BOSE) advisory services, we’re seeking a senior strategic advisor with deep mining operations expertise to lead complex, multiphase engagements. You’ll shape actionable strategies, enablement plans and operating models that align people, processes, systems and sustainability from vision through execution, delivering measurable, durable performance for mining clients.

Summary of certifications and job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- P.Eng. (or eligibility) in a Canadian province
- At least 15 years of experience in mining operations, operational management or mining-focused advisory roles
- Experience leading senior-level client discussions and site workshops
- Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects
- Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec
- Intermediate Spanish skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in South America; you may need to use Spanish occasionally or daily, depending on current projects
- Asset: OIQ certification or membership in another Canadian engineering professional association
- Asset: experience with early study phases (conceptual, PFS, FS, FEL)
- Asset: experience with operational management systems, readiness or commissioning contexts
- Asset: graduate education in business or management (MBA or equivalent)
