Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and customer service, with experience in food service environments. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a memorable visit. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, along with a strong understanding of food safety and handling procedures. The Server will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering high-quality service to our guests.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any concerns promptly
- Handle cash or electronic payments accurately and provide receipts
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout shifts
- Assist with food preparation or barista tasks as needed to support team operations
- Follow all food safety and handling protocols to ensure guest safety
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
Qualifications
- Japanese language skill is an asset.
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of the food industry, including food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Experience with serving, food preparation, or barista duties is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in hospitality settings

応募資格
- 日本語での接客ができる方歓迎（日本語能力はあれば尚可）
- レストラン・飲食店での勤務経験がある方優遇
- 明るく丁寧な接客ができる方
- 食品衛生や安全管理に関する基本的な知識をお持ちの方歓迎
- サーバー業務、調理補助、バリスタ経験がある方歓迎
- 忙しい環境でも落ち着いて業務を進められる方
