LINE COOK
We are looking for professional line cook who wants to experience and grow in an authentic Italian restaurant in downtown Toronto.
Location: STELVIO
STELVIO downtown location, located at 719 Dundas Street West is looking for a reliable LINE COOK.
Position: LINE COOK/PREP COOK
Responsibilities and Must Haves include:
· Some experience is necessary, preferably 1 to 2 years, but we are willing to train
· Be highly organized and able to multitask
· Open/flexible availability
· Basic safe handling knife skills
· Ability to take direction
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Follow a given recipe and quality standard and prepare various food items using different methods and kitchen equipment such as oven, broilers, fryers, and grills
· Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the Chef
