Position Summary
A Licensed Automotive Technician works within the Service Department under the supervision of the Production Manager. A Licensed Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing Cars, Trucks, Vans and SUV’s.
Required Skills
A Licensed Automotive Technician must possess the following:
- A valid 310S Certification
- A valid Ontario Driver’s License
- A full suite of automotive tools, including all tools that would be necessary to complete jobs that are assigned to him/her on a daily basis.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities
A Licensed Automotive Technician is responsible for performing the following duties:
- Perform diagnostics on cars and light trucks.
- Remove and replace parts on cars and light trucks in accordance with established time requirements and company standards.
- Coach and mentor apprentices.
- Keep his/her work area clean and organized.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour
