- Configure Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response modules.
- Integrate SIEM and security monitoring tools.
- Automate security workflows and remediation processes.
- Support compliance and risk management initiatives.
- Develop security dashboards and reporting.

- 5+ years of ServiceNow Security Operations experience
- CIS-SecOps Certification preferred
