5+ years’ experience working as a leader in an elevated customer service/ property management/ hospitality focused environment.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality.
- A lust for thinking outside of the box in providing an exceptional resident experience.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
- Passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others in achieving exceptional customer service standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call as required to attend to emergencies.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Property Managers are inspiring leaders that serve as a role model for exceptional customer service and lead by example. They evaluate economic trends and profitability, while making sound financial/operational business decisions, and they coach to and celebrate successes with their team. They are poised while working under pressure, supporting and guiding their team through varied emergency situations and operational challenges.
Compensation:
The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000. The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, and relevant education or training.
Base salary is only one component of Hazelview’s competitive total rewards package. Other offerings also include annual bonuses, comprehensive health and dental benefits, RRSP contributions, education reimbursements, continuous development opportunities, and a variety of paid time off plans (e.g. vacation, wellness, volunteering, and education days).
