Please note: This is a commission-based independent contractor position. The earnings range listed reflects potential income and is not a guaranteed salary.

This position is best suited for an existing licensed Realtor® with at least 2 years of experience who is looking to grow within a structured, team-based environment. We are looking for an Agent who:

This role is focused on helping buyers confidently navigate one of life’s biggest decisions — while also building your own database and long-term referral business.

- Active real estate license (2+ years experience preferably)
- Reliable transportation
- Evening/weekend flexibility
- Strong communication skills
- Sales or customer service experience considered an asset
