Customer Service Representative (Evenings – Closing)

Gold’s Gym is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for evening closing shifts, with strong potential for growth. If you’re outgoing, reliable, and passionate about fitness and customer experience, we’d love to connect.
About the Role
- Must be available: Friday until 11:30pm and Saturday until 8:30pm (1 other day of the week for going training)
- Schedule: 2–3 days per week (12–24 hours)
- Commitment: No extended travel time off during the first 6 months
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience (required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation access to a vehicle if possible
- First Aid certification (asset)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations during evening closing shifts
- Ensure the facility is properly secured and prepared for the next day
- Greet and check in members and guests using proper procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Direct guests and appointments to appropriate staff efficiently
- Support guest check-in and onboarding processes
- Handle daily cash reconciliation accurately
- Assist the sales team with guest tours and membership support
- Support prospect and member outreach via calls, texts, and emails
- POS handling and end of night close out
