Climb to new heights with your campers this summer! Teach and lead campers to develop their climbing skills in our extensive climbing gym and offsite at nearby crags.
- At least one year of staff or Proságo experience
- Must be a certified Medeba Climbing Instructor, a certified Medeba Ropes Course Instructor, and a certified Medeba Belayer or equivalent.
- Good communication and organizational skills
- An aptitude for teaching.
- Responsible for indoor and outdoor climbing walls, ice climbing wall, and climbing clubs
- Initiate, implement and lead an efficient, quality and safety conscious climbing program, in accordance with the ACCT Standards and Medeba's Risk Management Manual
- Provide expertise, experience and skills specific to the operation of climbing areas both on and off-site
- Evening program support
- Member of the Program Team.
- Must be able to work well with others and lead by example

Honorarium: starts at $220/week
