Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and professional Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare services, including facials, waxing, and threading, while delivering outstanding customer service. This role offers an opportunity to help clients look and feel their best in a welcoming and upscale environment. The Esthetician will also assist with retail sales and contribute to creating a positive client experience through effective communication and personalized treatments.
Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, and threading with precision and care
- Provide expert advice on skincare routines and product recommendations to clients
- Assist clients at the front desk, including scheduling appointments, checking in/out, and answering inquiries
- Engage in retail sales by recommending products suited to individual client needs through upselling techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of treatment rooms and equipment
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
- Promote additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and product knowledge
Experience
- Relevant education or training completed for aesthetics
- Proven experience as an Esthetician preferred
- Skills in threading is highly desirable
- Experience in retail sales or upselling skincare products is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
