Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaner to join our team, providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients' homes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface cleaning to ensure a spotless environment
- Laundry and linen changing as needed to maintain hygiene standards
- Organize and manage cleaning supplies efficiently for each assignment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and requirements
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
Skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Experience in residential cleaning or related hospitality roles preferred
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Effective communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Reliable work ethic with attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Must be able to take valuable input for performance
- Clean criminal record is a must and to be done before hiring
