We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling. The ideal candidate should be passionate about solving complex business problems using data-driven approaches and have hands-on experience working with large datasets, statistical analysis, and modern data science tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models
- Develop predictive and statistical models to support business decisions
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for data-driven decision-making
- Optimize model performance and monitor production models
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science or related field
- Strong proficiency in:
- Python / R
- SQL
- Machine Learning algorithms
- Statistical analysis
- Experience with:
- Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
- TensorFlow / PyTorch (preferred)
- Data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau / Matplotlib)
- Strong understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms
Good to Have
- Experience with Spark / Hadoop
- Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment
- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
- NLP or Deep Learning exposure
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
