We are seeking a professional and dependable Motor Coach Operator to provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services. Responsibilities
- Safely operate motor coaches along designated routes, ensuring passenger safety at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, seating, and inquiries
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure proper functioning of mechanical systems and safety equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the coach, reporting any mechanical issues promptly
- Follow scheduled routes and adhere to time schedules while maintaining flexibility for unforeseen delays
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, passengers, and team members using clear and professional language
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during operation
- Assist in emergency situations with calmness and professionalism
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and troubleshoot minor issues
- Strong communication skills in English for effective interaction with passengers and team members
- Customer service orientation to ensure a positive experience for all passengers
- Valid commercial driving license with appropriate endorsements for operating large vehicles
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures relevant to motor coach operation
- Excellent communication skills to relay information clearly and professionally
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations responsibly
- Attention to safety protocols and detail-oriented approach to vehicle inspections and route adherence
Pay: $25.00 per hour
