Cap-Thin Molds Inc, located in Mississauga Ontario, is a mold injection company with 30 years + of experience and knowledge in the industry that manufactures high-quality molds and cost-effective packaging solutions for injection molded plastic products in packaging, caps and closures for cosmetics, food, medical and thin wall containers.
We are looking for an energetic, creative and experienced CNC Lathe programmer/operator to join our team. This full-time position will be responsible to program and operate one of our CNC lathe machines. Experience in a mold shop environment would be necessary.
Technical Requirements for CNC Lathe:
- Minimum 5 years experience with machining and Master Cam
- Efficient programming/operating and set up techniques for CNC lathe.
- Ability to work with very close tolerances. (0.0002 inches tolerances)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to details.
- Ability to handle stress, pressure, deadlines.
- A positive “can do” attitude, and absolutely must be a team player.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
