The Role
ADN Refrigeration is looking for an organized and reliable Office Administrator to keep our busy operations running smoothly. In this role, you will be the central hub of our office, providing essential administrative support across all of our departments: Service, Accounting, and Projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Billing Support: Enter vendor bills, verify pricing, assist with customer invoicing, and review technician timesheets.
- Project & Service Support: Help project managers track materials and timelines, and assist the service department with answering calls and creating work orders during busy times.
- Purchasing & Warranty: Source and order parts for jobs, track deliveries, and process warranty claims and parts returns.
- General Administration: Maintain customer files, manage office compliance (permits and insurance certificates), and handle miscellaneous daily office tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in an office administration or clerical role. Experience in the trades, service, or construction industry is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
- Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a flexible attitude—you enjoy helping out wherever you are needed most.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
