Jiffy Lube is looking for a hands on, people first Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive performance, and create a workplace where both customers and technicians leave happier than they arrived.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and schedule a team of technicians and customer service advisors
- Deliver fast, friendly, and professional customer experiences every time
- Manage daily store operations, inventory, and workflow
- Hit sales targets through honest recommendations and strong service standards
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient shop
- Train staff on procedures, upselling, and customer care
- Handle customer concerns with confidence and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive service or quick lube experience (leadership experience is a big asset)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate a team and hold high standards
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, hands on environment
- Basic mechanical knowledge and problem solving skills
- Organized, reliable, and customer focused
