Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Business Analyst you will be part of the Global Money Operations supporting internal and external client services.
Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Toronto, ON
Pay Range: $31.60/hr
Shift: Mon to Friday 9AM to 5PM
What's the Job?
- Provide analytical support by analyzing trends and evaluating strategies to facilitate sound business decisions.
- Support data mining, reporting, and strategic analytics to enhance operational efficiency.
- Design, implement, and evaluate segmentation strategies, monitor performance, and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
- Manage issues, document business requirements, and communicate effectively with technology and business partners.
- Support project activities including testing, validation, documentation, and handling operational escalations.

- Analytical Skills
- Data mining skills
- Presentation skills
- Has worked in AML screening.
- Knowledge of SWIFT payment process skills.
- MT and MX ISO payment message formats.
