Job Summary
Titanium Heating & Cooling is looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This role is responsible for maintaining an organized warehouse, receiving and managing inventory, preparing materials for technicians, and ensuring daily warehouse operations run efficiently.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Previous warehouse or HVAC/plumbing experience is an asset but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Organize, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, stage, and prepare materials and equipment for daily service and installation jobs.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided if required).
- Coordinate with office staff, technicians, and suppliers to ensure materials are available when needed.
- Assist with deliveries and other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience is an asset.
- HVAC, plumbing, or construction industry experience is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and communication.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence is preferred.
- Forklift certification is an asset but not required.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and willing to learn.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
