Part-Time Permanent Position
Location: Scarborough (Midland & Sheppard)
We are a growing women’s wellness and healthy meal company serving mothers, women, and families across the GTA. We are currently looking for a reliable, organized, and caring team member to join our small but supportive team.
This position combines:
Client Communication
Administrative Support
Daily Operations Assistance
Team Coordination

Position Details
- Approximately 5 -6 days per week
- Working hours are scheduled between 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 3:00 PM
- Occasional weekend event support may be required
Starting at $18/hour

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via WeChat, text messages, and email
- Assist with customer order coordination and delivery arrangements
- Perform basic administrative tasks using Excel and Word
- Learn to use internal systems for order processing and payment records
- Assist with order checking, labeling, and packing in the central kitchen
- Support team coordination and workshop/event preparation when needed

Requirements
✔ Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
✔ Comfortable communicating with Chinese-speaking clients
✔ Basic computer skills required
✔ Familiar with Excel and Word
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
