Harper Powersports & Marine is looking for a hardworking, motivated, individual to work in our service department. This position will be full time and year round. We offer competitive wages based upon experience; starting at $30hr. Group benefits are available after a probationary period. Have Pleasure Craft License or being willing to obtain one is an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test engines to diagnose and isolate faults, adjust, repair, or replace mechanical or electrical system parts.
- Perform scheduled service and maintenance, advise Service Writer of diagnosis, needed repairs, additional work needed.
- Maintain effective working relationships with other dealership members, exhibit timeliness, positive attitude, punctuality, and meet deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks on work performed, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Opportunities available at two locations; Powersports location with area of specialization in Can-Am's, Sea-Doo's and Ski-Doo; Marine with Area of specialization in watercraft, outboard engine, boats, etc.
- All applicants must have the ability to get to the work independently.
