Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. This role involves cleaning and maintaining the appearance of windows across various commercial and residential facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and experience in custodial or facilities maintenance. Responsibilities
- Clean windows on both interior and exterior surfaces using hand tools, squeegees, and power tools as needed
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks related to window cleaning, including minor repairs and upkeep
- Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure high-quality results
- Safely operate heavy lifting equipment to reach high or difficult areas
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and address any concerns
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring client satisfaction with completed work
Requirements
- Prior custodial or custodial experience, particularly in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights safely
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining safety standards
- Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding as necessary
Pay: $17.85-$35.11 per hour
