Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Server to join our team. As a server, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Handle payments (cash, debit, credit)
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Provide menu recommendations when needed
Requirements
- Previous serving or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Smart Serve certification
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
