Key Responsibilities
Supplier Deployment & Coordination

Coordinate the onboarding of hundreds of suppliers into the new Ariba Supplier Portal.

Support suppliers throughout account creation and system activation.

Act as a central point of contact between suppliers, supply & Procurement agents, SAP teams, and the project team.
Project Tracking & Issue Management

Build and maintain the supplier deployment plan.

Track tasks, risks, and actions in Excel and follow up with stakeholders as needed.

Escalate issues to the appropriate channels and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with team members and internal partners to ensure smooth deployment progress.
Reporting & Communication

Prepare clear, professional deployment status presentations for various levels of leadership.

Create/Maintain up‑to‑date dashboards and progress summaries.
Communicate regularly with different teams to ensure alignment and visibility on deployment
